Job Summary

Netcon is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the ELV and IT solutions sector across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management, Government and enterprise sales, relationship development, and new business acquisition. This role requires strong knowledge of IT and ELV solutions, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of local distributors, Government, semi-Government, and large enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, consultants, system integrators, and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through revenue growth, market penetration, and account expansion.
  • Forecast sales pipelines and manage opportunities effectively.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large-scale projects and enterprise clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.

Skills & Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT and ELV solutions.
  • Strong exposure to Government and large enterprise accounts in KSA.
  • Proven Track Record
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing high-value and multi-million SAR accounts.
  • Technical Knowledge

Solid understanding of:

  • IT infrastructure & networking
  • Security systems
  • ELV solutions
  • Communication & Presentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
