Applications: Telecom Control Equipments, UPS systems, Inverter, Power Equipments, Standby Back up, Emergency Power System

A VRLA battery is a type of sealed lead–acid (SLA) rechargeable battery designed for maintenance-free operation and enhanced safety. Unlike traditional flooded lead–acid batteries, VRLA batteries are sealed and do not require regular topping up of electrolyte. They are equipped with a valve-regulated system that prevents gas leakage and allows safe internal recombination of hydrogen and oxygen during charging, reducing water loss.

Key Features:

  • Maintenance-Free Operation – No need to add distilled water.

  • Sealed & Spill-Proof – Can be installed in any orientation (except upside down).

  • Safety Valves – Regulates internal pressure and prevents leakage.

  • Long Service Life – Typically 3–5 years, depending on application and maintenance.

  • Deep Discharge Recovery – Designed to withstand repeated charge/discharge cycles.

  • Wide Application Range – Reliable performance in varied environments.

Common Applications:

  • Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)

  • Emergency Lighting Systems

  • Telecom & Data Centers

  • Security & Fire Alarm Systems

  • Renewable Energy Storage (Solar/Wind)

  • Medical Equipment

The PAM additives provide 30% more cyclic life through innovation, offering a long life expectancy of 10 years in floating condition, with a thick flat plate made of high Tin, low Calcium alloy, excellent deep discharge recovery capability, and deep cycle performance of up to 700 cycles at 50% DOD.
